Death can be a difficult subject but being prepared can reduce stress for you and your loved ones.

Come along and hear from a variety of speakers as they discuss all things death and dying.

Thursday 6 August from 10.30am

The session will provide an overview of advanced care directives, death doulas, organ and tissue donation, carer support and end of life celebrations that reflect your wishes.

Refreshments will be provided afterwards with an opportunity for an informal chat with the presenters.
